Short Breaks Special: A Weekend in Baku

Azerbaijan’s capital is a scintillating mixture of the exotic and the peculiar! And is today counted amongst the top 10 party destinations of the world. From Venetian towns to fire-blazing mountains, Baku will keep you amazed and entertained. And it’s only a 4.5-hour flight from Delhi, now!

Day 1: Arrive at Baku
Kick off your journey with an evening of partying at the trendiest spots in town. Merchant Street, locally called Torgovaya, is undoubtedly the most popular hangout place here and also offers the best shopping in town.

Day 2: Inside the City
Try an architectural walk around the city and don’t miss a ride on the spectacular Baku Eye. Alternatively, check out Baku’s “Mini-Venice”. How about a romantic boat ride followed by dinner at the waterfront?

Day 3: Outside the City
Travel to the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains for a tranquil escape from the city. From December to April, you can also enjoy skiing here.
