Welcome to Lima, the capital of Peru. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Lima.

Spend the morning at leisure, before stepping out for an exploration of the city. Visit the fascinating Larco Museum, which houses 3,000 years of ceramic, textile and precious metal artefacts as well as Incan mummies and a special room devoted to erotic archaeological treasures. Overnight in Lima.

This morning, you will take a flight to Arequipa, a stunning UNESCO World Heritage–listed city City and the gateway to the Colca Valley. After check-in, spend some time exploring the city, including the Monastery of Santa Catalina, a beautiful 20,000-sq-meter complex with an equally enthralling history. Overnight in Arequipa.

Colca Valley

Depart from Arequipa, driving through Yura district to the Colca Valley. Today, you will visit the Colca Canyon, which is one of the world's deepest canyons with a maximum depth of 4,160 meters. The thrill of the experience is enhanced by the natural spectacle of huge condors flying over the canyon. Overnight in the Colca Valley.

Depart for Puno and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Puno.

Titicaca Islands

Travel to the floating islands of Uros, an ancient society that populated a series of artificial islands built on aquatic plants which grows in the lake. Continue your trip to the island of Taquile, which was part of the Inca Empire, vestiges of which can still be seen in its buildings. Overnight in Puno.

Leave for the city of Cusco, Peru’s second most popular destination. On route, you will visit the ruins of Raqchi and Puca Pucara as well as the village of Andahuaylillas, home to the church known as the ‘Sistine Chapel of America’ for its superior artwork. Overnight in Cusco.

Spend the day with the Huilloc community, deep in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where ancient customs and traditions still hold true. Visit a local school and experience the age-old culinary tradition of ‘Pachamanca’ as you interact with the locals. Spending a day here is perfect to get away from the stress of city life and reconnect with nature as you travel back through history to a simpler way of life. Overnight in Huilloc. Signature Experience: Travel back in time with the Huilloc people, a traditional Andean community near the Sacred Valley.

Machu Picchu

It’s time to tick off that bucket list as we make our way to the much-anticipated Incan city of Machu Pichu, one of the best-known archaeological sites in the world. The lost city of the Incas is hidden on top of an Andean peak, offering views not only of the mountains, but also of the Incan past. Overnight in Cusco.

Spend the day at leisure, unwinding from your long journey. The ancient Inca capital, Cusco is a mixture of pre-Columbian constructions and Spanish colonial architecture. Overnight in Cusco.
