Spend the morning at leisure, before stepping out for an exploration of the city. Visit the fascinating Larco Museum, which houses 3,000 years of ceramic, textile and precious metal artefacts as well as Incan mummies and a special room devoted to erotic archaeological treasures. Overnight in Lima.

Arequipa

This morning, you will take a flight to Arequipa, a stunning UNESCO World Heritage–listed city City and the gateway to the Colca Valley. After check-in, spend some time exploring the city, including the Monastery of Santa Catalina, a beautiful 20,000-sq-meter complex with an equally enthralling history. Overnight in Arequipa.

Colca Valley

Depart from Arequipa, driving through Yura district to the Colca Valley. Today, you will visit the Colca Canyon, which is one of the world's deepest canyons with a maximum depth of 4,160 meters.
